Intel has talked about this, mainly because they're using solder as TIM. Do you have a reference or link that confirms this? Even if it's not a CL chip, I'd appreciate reading it if you can.

I wouldn't. For a long-lasting CPU, I wouldn't recommend pushing any AMD or Intel CPUs from the past fifteen years above 4.5Ghz permanently. As Photonboy has noted, this approach will cause the CPU to degrade more quickly than expected. If stability and temperatures remain within acceptable limits, I'd consider staying in place or even lowering to 4.5-4.6Ghz for better longevity.

As Photonboy mentioned, you'll end up wearing out the CPU much sooner than intended. If you're stable and temperatures stay within the normal range, I'd either keep where you are or even lower it to 4.5-4.6Ghz for better durability.
