Hi, I've been tweaking my Ryzen 3600 with Ryzen Master. I hit 4.3ghz at 1.375v, managed 4.5ghz but voltage was near 1.42v. I got mixed up because 1.42v feels too high, but the stock voltage tops out around 1.44v. What's happening? Also, note the temperatures are normal, it's watercooled with an x370 motherboard, and my RAM is intentionally slowed down to 2133.

It's only recommended to operate high voltage on workloads with few cores; using Prime95 will keep it under 1.3V stock. That voltage is safe for all core overclocking, but it's not secure. Additionally, raising the memory clock won't significantly boost core performance.

I managed to reduce the voltage to 1.2875v and plan to try even lower values. I believed it was risky above 1.4v.

I attempted to boost the RAM speed and discovered that I stopped doing so because certain games, such as Rainbow Six Siege, would frequently crash unexpectedly.

the memory kit supports 3000mhz and frequency ranges of 15-17-17-35. xmp included a preset configuration with the appropriate settings.

It looks like your CPU clock was shaky, the voltage was too low. I reduced it to 4.2GHz and 1.293V. I ran both small and large FFTs under stress tests. The max MOSI temperature reached 55°C, and the CPU peaked at 72°C. Time to try Siege.

Once stability was achieved, the siege crashed when I joined the match. I lowered the clock to 4.1ghz at 1.28v and it worked properly.
