Sapphire Trixx allows me to effectively change my voltage and for some reason MSI Afterburner does not, but i prefer Afterburner cuz of Riva tuner and when both are on at the same time(Trixx and Afterburner) they seem to cause conflict. My gpu is gigabyte r9 380x and cpu is i5 3350p. I also enabled voltage control in settings. So if there is some way to unlock it in Afterburner or will i have to stick with Trixx?

Update to version 4.1.1, verify 'unlock voltage monitoring', then restart your PC.

All the tasks have been completed. Did you change the small box labeled 'third party' in the image above to a different setting than the default 'EXTENDED MSI'? Adjusting it to 'third party' enabled voltage control for me.
