Your system was running smoothly before, but now it's unstable with voltage changes. Try adjusting the profile to slow down to 3.8 GHz and then back up to 4.5 GHz. This should help restore stability similar to when it was working perfectly.

That's completely typical. Just try running a Prime95 test and see if it stays steady.

To maintain a single speed, you must adjust the multiplier and voltage yourself. Otherwise, the clocks will fluctuate naturally.
