I constructed my PC roughly a year ago, and I’ve started to observe that my CPU voltage sits between 1.385 and 1.4 volts at idle, rising to about 1.5 volts under full load. I didn’t overclock or adjust the voltage manually, except when XFR/PBO was enabled. After a day of troubleshooting, I turned it off and returned to the default settings. Still, the voltage remained elevated. I must admit, I wasn’t as careful about the CPU voltage before changing those options, but 1.5 volts is definitely outside AMD’s recommended range. Is there an issue?

PBO is entirely unreasonable regarding voltage and could send dangerous amounts into the CPU. Always avoid PBO unless you manually reduce the voltage using offset mode.
