It seems the setup is working on paper, but the device isn’t connecting to the internet. The main router appears to be functioning as an ARIS modem, yet the phone lacks access. Could there be an issue with the phone’s configuration or the network settings?

Confirm if you're utilizing voice service through your cable supplier. Ask for the specific model of the Arris modem to determine whether it functions as a standalone modem, a modem combined with a router, or a modem integrated into a router and EMTA system.

I might disable SIP ALG in the firewall link settings. If you don’t see this choice, share your modem’s model number. Edited June 5, 2018 by Homeless Pineapple Typo

It appears you're asking about the type of PBX system in question. The description suggests it's related to a SIP service delivered over the internet.

Checking the internet link with the phone. Have you attempted sending a ping to the PBX server from a device on the same local network?

Computer connected to the network. The problem has been transferred to another person, but I'm interested in understanding its relevance later.

This refers to checking your internet connection using a computer on the network. Are you doing this by visiting the phone's web portal?
