Voice commands and controller/keyboard usage in Elite Dangerous
I just got Elite Dangerous for Oculus and I’m aware there are countless play guides available online. I also installed voice attack (free version) which lets me issue 20 commands, but I’m unsure which ones to use. With voice attack, does the game need a keyboard or controller, or can all commands be given verbally? Trying to type on a keyboard without seeing my surroundings doesn’t seem like an enjoyable experience. Having an Xbox controller together with voice commands at least feels manageable.
It seems like an amazing game but is extremely complex and the tutorials are far from helpful since they don’t explain how to set it up for VR.
