He already understands the cause—it's PROCHOT EXT. From what I see, there isn't a straightforward solution. You might test various online suggestions (restarting Windows, updating drivers, adjusting power settings). However, the most consistent fix came from switching to different hardware. Perhaps you can explore ways to suppress the signal. I wish you luck finding a workaround.
