I just found out that games such as total war warhammer or total war three kingdoms work mighty fine on cheap builds ... 1080p medium settings and your good to go with a 1050 Ti
Maybe he likes to build .. cities can look amazing too or a game i'm currently playing is Oriental Empires ... a 1,5 gb game that simulates the start of the chinese empire from 1500 bc to 1500 ad ...
Ooh and anno 2205 ultimate edition is on sale over at ubisoft for 12,- euro's not to mention a whole lot of their older strategy titles such as heroes that look pretty amazing and are good fun on older systems for 2,5 to 5 euro's a piece
My dad enjoys playing FPS games or titles like Uncharted and Doom, as well as Wolfenstein. This comment really helped me reflect on that, thank you! My current setup uses a GTX 1080 and 2700X, so graphics settings don’t affect my performance much.

I reached the top of the FIFA rankings during my teenage years. He doesn't enjoy facing me. Lol.

The original Crysis remains quite solid. Bioshock and Bioshock Infinite are also great to examine. And I believe Ubisoft's latest releases are decent too.
