Hello, your setup looks solid with an i5-12400 and 32GB of Crucial RAM. You're experiencing occasional stutter in Hell Let Loose, about once per hour. Temperatures are normal on both the CPU and GPU. Could be a memory bottleneck or something else? Let me know!

It might be a background process consuming significant CPU. Look into the Task Manager for details.

Optimization efforts should start with the BIOS, disabling eco-friendly options like timer sleeps. AMD performs best when HPET OFF is enabled, though this isn't guaranteed for Intel systems. Consider shutting down Eco cores to potentially increase your CPU speed to 3.4+ GHz. Next, focus on the operating system—ensure startup processes don’t consume excessive resources and that only essential drivers are active. Avoid running unnecessary services, as they can cause repeated restarts. Be mindful of built-in Windows performance issues such as Pagefile usage, indexing, and search functions, especially when accessing the internet. Turn off Hibernation and Sleep features across all desktops. Regarding GPU settings, check the vertical refresh rate your monitor supports and confirm if G-Sync is enabled.

This claim is clearly incorrect and users should always keep the page file active. It can cause major problems and doesn’t actually boost performance. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.howtoge...le-it/amp/ This advice is well-known, and modern Windows setups no longer support disabling it.
