I've been facing some unusual screen issues, particularly when using my web browser. The glitches appear sporadically—sometimes minor, other times covering the whole screen. Since I captured this with Shadowplay, I ruled out a monitor problem. This seems to be related to the GPU or RAM. I've also noticed performance drops while streaming YouTube in my browser; although audio remains clear, the frame rate drops to just 0.1 and I had to restart. The problem usually emerges after a while of use, not immediately after turning on the PC. Currently, I'm experiencing these issues with Corsair Vengeance 2x16 on dual-channel GPU.

Using the same items with my RTX 4080 in a browser window occasionally. I believe it's safe. No other issues with the GPU after 4 months. The biggest concern is it doesn't occur in demanding games. Edit: It might actually be a more serious issue...

By the day I'm more sure it's a RAM problem, because this problem should get worse in GPU-heavy games if it's a GPU issue. But since it's not that, it usually points to RAM. Just yesterday it happened really badly and I immediately disabled it with shadowplay, which caused the file to get corrupted. So it's probably a RAM issue now.
