I rebooted my PC and Kaspersky detected some realistic viruses. The problem seems to be that they’re all located on a G:/ drive, which I don’t have. The only idea is this was an old file when I cleaned a hard drive, and because I didn’t clear my history, they kept showing up. I only noticed it when a notification appeared after the restart. Just curious what others think. I’ll also include a screenshot in the spoiler to help avoid loading it if they don’t want to, possibly due to slow internet.

It seems you're referring to a situation where an old or external drive was connected to your system using the G: drive, and it appears to have a virus.
