You need to select a different version since Windows 8.1 64-bit isn't available in Virtual Box. Look for the 32-bit edition instead.

I don't have access to your system settings. Could you confirm if you enabled it before or after installing VB?

I removed, turned on, and then reinstalled it. Resetting the computer resolved the issue. Appreciate the advice!
