I had a concept for a side project and was exploring using a virtual machine to run a Mac OS on a Windows 10 Pro laptop. I’m unsure where to begin or if this is the best path. "Other than getting a laptop that will be outdated in just two weeks," I need some guidance.

You might be able to execute macOS inside a virtual machine, though the outcome won't be ideal.

MacOS in a VM is mostly feasible on Linux. Configuring it in Linux using tools like Sosumi is straightforward. Setting up virtualization on Windows lacks the same depth since the Windows kernel wasn't designed for it.

Focusing on a Linux desktop setup. I’m not aiming for top speed—more like testing basic old Mac functionality.
