I don't support the idea of registry modifications for XP that aim to integrate XP pos system updates. These changes introduce significant differences, making such adjustments risky and potentially harmful.

They continue providing updates for POS systems, at least according to my knowledge. It seems logical that they would consider the impact of a sudden halt, which could disrupt many businesses.

However, this applies only to a specific XP installation that most general users don<|pad|>. That’s why we focused on POS XP systems until around 2015. Last month Microsoft sent us some documents, as they’re one of the biggest repair shops in Seattle, and many of our staff are their clients.
