When I power on my PC, very little appears during the initial setup. Let me clarify: I just assembled my first system in 15 years—a Gigabyte X570 Pro board. I turned off the BIOS splash so I could view the correct POST interface. Back then, the system would verify memory presence and detect peripherals or boot devices. Now, on this new board, no such details show up. Mostly just a message prompting me to press DEL to enter BIOS. Why is the POST screen so silent? Is this typical for my setup, or should I be concerned?

It's common these days to omit such details. I didn't really realize it was missing until you brought it up. It just highlights how troubleshooting has changed over time.
