It's partially true... motion blur can look striking, but it doesn't appear the same in digital photos or videos.
Megabytes measure data size, not video speed. Frame rate refers to how many images displayed per second.
Ask your mom but honestly I enjoy MB sometimes because it's just amusing. The experience isn't great but 4 lolz, it's fine. Particularly the blur from NFS Underground (yes that classic game, don't play it in Crossfire unless you want to know why, just give it a try). And with TM United it's also really nice.
