Hey guys, is there any FPS cap on watching twitch live streaming? because i always get 25-30 fps on all ( mobile-low-medium-high ) video quality on every channel i watch and it looks laggy! Im using firefox browser and tested on chrome too. its like fps are locked at 30 fps

It varies based on the content being streamed. You should also run it through Source for smoother performance. How does your CPU usage appear?
