Good morning, I hope someone knows how to fix this issue. I got a new computer from Chillblast with the Ryzen 3700X and some custom video/photo editing features. Everything looks fine except for the noise—especially the CPU cooler, which keeps whirring and speeding up then slowing down repeatedly. It sounds like it’s trying to ramp up and down. I tried using System Information Viewer to set fans to 'quiet,' but that didn’t help. I recorded the temperatures while idle, but the file didn’t save automatically. Could you help me figure out where the recording is stored? Thanks a lot!
The system doesn't support saving recorded data. Frequent changes in fan speed are normal due to temperature shifts. Adjusting the delta-temperature interval at the app's bottom and modifying the graph settings can help stabilize operation. You may also control fan speed through the BIOS.
