Video_TDR_Failure and Video_Internal_Memory_Management nvlddmkm and dxgmms2... at the end of my rope
Hi there! I've been using this laptop for just over a year, and since February this year, I've experienced repeated crashes related to Video_TDR_Failure and/or Video_Internal_Memory_Management. After finding a solution, it worked well for about a week before the problem started again.
The clearest warning sign before a crash is when I'm watching a YouTube video and it stops while the audio continues. Then the video jumps to the exact moment the audio ends, repeating this several times until it crashes.
Recently, the issue has also occurred after a single screen flicker followed by a crash a few minutes later.
In most of my crash dumps, the suspected cause was nvlddmkm, but sometimes dxgmms2 appears as well.

Things I Have Already Tried
These are just a few ideas I've tried so far—maybe you remember something?
I'm sending my laptop in for repairs (they replaced the motherboard).
I'm reinstalling the graphics driver using DDU, updating it, updating BIOS, running a clean boot, checking system files with DISM, wiping the computer, restoring from system restore, and even underclocking the system.
I'm at my limit and need advice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The clearest indication that a crash is near is when I'm watching a YouTube video and it "stops"... etc.
I recommend using Task Manager and Resource Monitor to check system performance.
Open both tools but only one at a time.
Keep the windows open and visible, then continue working, playing games, or watching videos as usual.
Observe any changes when those crash signs appear.
Sorry for the delayed reply, my laptop went through another stable period recently.
But it stopped working earlier today and I saw an unusual pattern in Resource Monitor.
Before the crash, CPU usage stayed high. After the crash, it dropped to low levels. Disk and Network also changed but returned to high again later.
The YouTube feature didn’t work either. I’m not sure what I did correctly or incorrectly.
