Hello everyone, I was hoping you could assist me. My computer has an i5-9600k processor and a GTX 1080ti with 16GB of RAM, and I’m experiencing stuttering while viewing YouTube videos and even with Windows Media Player when playing Path of Exile. I've experimented with various display modes, including fullscreen windowed full screen and windowed, and the issue persists whenever my cursor is active within the game.
