An i3-8100 could work for basic light video editing, but it may struggle with demanding projects. The integrated GPU would likely not support Adobe Premiere Pro well. For a better experience, consider a Mini ITX build using AMD or Intel processors.

We’ve compiled the necessary details here. The recommended parts include a CPU, motherboard, memory, power supply, and case, all priced with applicable discounts. Prices reflect current listings and should account for shipping and taxes. Let me know if you need further adjustments.

The Athlon200GE would likely struggle with video editing due to its limited capabilities, despite being a dual-core chip. You mentioned you have sufficient RAM and storage, but those won't compensate for the hardware constraints.

It may face challenges, but both setups will work more effectively for what you need.

PCPartPicker list includes CPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, case, and power supply. The total comes to around $395.89 with shipping and taxes applied. Prices reflect current listings from Amazon, Newegg, and Best Buy. Adding a mid-range PSU around $60-$70 would free up budget for a better graphics card.
