After swapping my motherboard and processor, I reinstalled my graphics card, but upon startup, the system utilized the integrated display adapter. The fans are rotating, yet the computer is not acknowledging the graphics card’s presence within the system.

The graphics card is connected to my graphics adapter, but the display is originating from the built-in video system. I have a Ryzen 5 2600 processor and an ASUS B450 M-A motherboard, along with a GTX 1060 with 3GB of memory.
