Recently it occurred in CS:GO right after launching, with the "recording" section under Windows sounding. Earlier, while streaming on OBS, the same issue appeared during a Valorant session—specifically when loading a game, resulting in 2078141617_AudioProblem_Trim.mp4.

What are the specs of the rest of your PC? Specifically what GPU do you have and what is the powersupply you have? As it is related to you starting up an application making use of your GPU I suspect that it has something to do with the GPU drawing extra power at that time causing interference. However that usually doesn't sound like this. It does seem to be the most obvious route to investigate. Is this a microphone plugged into your motherboards 3.5mm jack? Or possible into the 3.5mm in the front of your case? If it is plugged into the front of your PC try the back or the other way around.

You have an EVGA 850W Gold with RTX 3080, 32GB RAM, and 3600MHz clock speed. It’s connected via the rear IO through "mic in" and not a line-in. The front 3.5mm jack still doesn’t fix the issue.

The wiring from the motherboard to your front panel is being arranged in a specific way. You're wondering if the audio cable might be connected due to the GPU's power consumption, or if another microphone could work better.

It connects smoothly, almost directly from the front panel to the motherboard. I made sure to handle the cables well—I’m pretty sure I don’t have another device with an input/output splitter in the house, like my current headset (Senheiser Game ONE). If I locate one, I’ll update this thread. It doesn’t seem like an issue with the mic, since it works just fine on platforms such as Discord and Microsoft Teams.
