Hi, I just assembled a new PC. It turns on but doesn’t display anything. The VGA_Q-LED is illuminated (white). There’s no beep code. Fans are running and everything is lit, yet I don’t see any video signal. Here’s what I have:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-core
- CPU cooler: NZXT Kraken X52 Rev 2 73.11 CFM liquid cooler
- Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B350-I GAMING Mini ITX AM4
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200
- Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500 GB M.2-2280 NVMe SSD
- Graphics: Asus GeForce GTX 1650 4 GB Phoenix OC
- Case: NZXT H210i Mini ITX Tower
- Power supply: NZXT E 500 W 80+ Gold Certified Modular ATX
- Case fan: NZXT AER RGB 2 52.44 CFM 120 mm

Confirm the GPU is positioned correctly, check that the video cable is securely connected to the GPU, and verify the power cables are fully attached to the card and PSU if it's a modular setup.

I attempted to detach every cable from the power supply and reinsert them. I confirmed all connections were secure at 100%. I also reattached my graphics card multiple times. It still doesn’t draw power from any cable.

I needed to refresh bios using an outdated CPU, it functioned initially but failed midway during the update. Now the yellow RAM indicator is active. No further details.
