You're experiencing a VGA light while the screen remains black during startup. Despite various adjustments—using one RAM, resetting CMOS, switching graphics cards, and connecting multiple cables—your system still shows a black display with the light active. Your concern is whether the graphics card, CPU, or motherboard might be faulty. This setup includes an Intel Core i7-13700KF, multiple GPUs, and high-end components.

Try another RAM stick, ask a friend for one, and check if it starts up. It might be the RAM that's not working properly.

I've managed to get the RAM and GPU to function on another motherboard. This makes me wonder if the issue lies with the motherboard or the CPU. I'm not sure how to verify that.
