VGA Light - im lost
I purchased a prebuilt PC today and it arrived sooner than expected. I usually assemble my own, but this one was available at a reasonable price and I doubt I could build it for the same cost. Upon receiving it, I began setting it up as usual and immediately noticed no display was present. I checked the motherboard and saw the VGA light was lit. Following standard procedures, I removed the GPU, rebooted, and everything functioned correctly. All specifications matched the listed details, and everything seemed to operate properly. I inspected the PCI slot and the GPU for any signs of damage, but found nothing. I verified the PSU cables were secure and checked all other connections inside the PC. I repeated the process multiple times without success. I attempted to delete display drivers, built the PC outside the case to test a different PCI slot, and even removed the CMOS battery to reset the BIOS. Despite these efforts, the GPU remains new, and the seller insists it had been working before shipment. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

If you bought something brand new and as a prebuilt, don't try to fix it yourself. Use the systembuilder or shop you purchased from to assist with troubleshooting. If they can't help, consider returning the system.
Just a note, they might void your warranty if you altered the setup.
Do you have a link to the prebuilt system you own? If so, identify the make and model of the PSU. The wattage you mentioned is correct.
the psu is an evga vex supernove nex750b
sorry, i used the word “prebuilt” loosely, i purchased it from a private seller who already assembled it. he gave some tips and all the components are covered by warranty, but i prefer to try fixing it myself before sending it back.
