I recently assembled a nearly new setup, only retaining the GPU and storage drives. I have an Intel i9 13900K, Nvidia RTX 2070, Super Corsair DDR5 2x16GB RAM at 6000MHz, and an ASUS ROG STRIX B760-F EVGA Supernova 1000 graphics card. Initially, I noticed a significant bottleneck between the CPU and GPU. I plan to upgrade to a 4090 in the future. So far, everything functions properly—checked all connections, cleaned all pins with alcohol, etc. The unusual occurrence is that when I restart the PC, the light disappears. With the CPU light, it behaves similarly: sometimes it turns on during games like GTA V, other times it stays off or flashes occasionally. It might be related to BIOS settings. All components are operating correctly. I ran benchmarks before and after the upgrade, and the results look satisfactory. Anyone have any insights or shared experiences about this issue? Also, did you post your benchmark comparisons?
These Q-LEDs are not warning indicators. They indicate the stage of the boot process on the motherboard. If the system halts during boot, the light will highlight the issue for diagnosis. The light should not illuminate once the system has successfully started.
