Hello, I'm reaching out with a desperate idea. During a gaming session with friends, my PC suddenly stopped working after it flickered and the monitor connection dropped. I could still hear our voices on Discord, but the machine shut down right away. After checking, the entire case felt excessively hot. It seems the PC was overheating due to airflow from the vents while my roommates turned up the heater. Despite this, here we are. I let it cool down, but now the monitors won't receive a signal. The EZDebug LED on VGA indicates a GPU problem, yet my GPU powers up when connected only to the motherboard—suggesting it gets power from both slots without any PSU cables. What I've tried so far: unplugging and plugging back in, re-seating the GPU, changing PCIe slots, replacing the CMOS battery, and checking the PSU specs. My hardware includes: Intel i7 (air cooled, purchased 3 months ago), Radeon RX 6800 XT (bought 3 months ago), Corsair RM850x (3 months ago), Viper 3200Mhz 16GB DDR4 (4 years ago), and MSI Tomahawk MoBo (3 months ago).
