It might be caused by a mismatch between the GPU and the board. Completing the boot even when a diagnostic light is active is quite fortunate.

The light shuts off once the system starts, and the motherboard is an MSI MRP Z590 gaming model with a 11900k. I did some research and thought it should have handled it. I’m pretty sure my BIOS is up to date, so I’m not entirely sure what to do next.
