So i recently bought parts for my new pc. The specs are: Be quiet 500dx case MSI MPG x570 gaming plus 32gb 3000mhz g.skill ram Ryzen 5 5600x RTX 3060 Ventus 12gb 750 be quiet psu 500gb m.2 ssd and 2tb hdd. So my problem is that when i finished building the pc i went to turn it on and saw that the RGB Lights turned on. But the fans werent spinning and there were 2 Red Lights on thr VGA and DRAM at the EZ Debug LED. So i did some troubleshooting my placeing the new gpu in my old pc which worked fine. I tested the ram which didnt seem to be a problem with. So my conclusion was the CPU. On the MB box it says "AMD Ryzen 5000 series desktop ready" but i then tried to flash the bios for the motherboard as to update it. As i put the USB the lights turned on and the BIOS light was blinking red. Then i waited till the BIOS light turned off. Then i turned off the Power on my PC and restarted it. I then saw there was a red light at the CPU on the EZ Debug LED. I then reseated the CPU and tried to turn it back on but it didnt work. I did this without the CPU fan screwed on. So is it a faulty CPU? Or could there be another problem?

Remove the CMOS battery and unplug the power cord, let it sit for a minute, then reinsert it and check if it works.

Additionally, I was utilizing the 7C37vAF model to upgrade my BIOS settings.
