VGA and boot indicators activate during startup of a fresh installation.
Just finished assembling my PC and when I power it on, the VGA and Boot indicators stay lit. The screen doesn’t display anything either. Got any suggestions? This build includes an old HDD for file transfers: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/styxxje/sa...iew=d9PtCJ Updated: tried using my 1070Ti GPU and it worked, possibly the GPU or cable is faulty—no idea. Turn off all devices except those absolutely required for startup, such as the graphics card. Insert a single stick of RAM and connect your monitor to the motherboard to test booting. Then, reassemble everything gradually, verifying each connection—especially ensuring the video card is properly seated in the PCIe slot and that its power connectors are correctly attached.
I connected my old GPU to the computer and it started up successfully. It was a 1070 Ti model and used a different cable.
