It seems your RAM is at 70%, which might be a problem. When you try to open it, it reaches its limit and slows things down.

It seems like a Windows issue. After upgrading to version 1903, I observed quicker alt+tab "times" actions compared to before. It's hard to say if it's just a coincidence, but worth testing.

It's still occurring, resetting my PC didn't solve it either. I'm really confused about what to do now—any further assistance would be appreciated.
