This issue has been occurring for two weeks, without a clear explanation.
When playing games in fullscreen, switching tabs takes 3-4 seconds to load and close.
Restarting the PC seems to resolve it temporarily, but it reappears after some time later.
I’m unsure what to do and need assistance.
Also, my focus assist is turned off, the refresh rate is set to 75, and I’ve tried updating drivers/Windows, but it didn’t help.

I believe it's merely excessive alt-tabbing in certain games. I'm aware that in CSGO, alt-tabbing is somewhat frustrating.

I'm not an expert, CSGO is the only game I really play, though it could be every game. I'm not sure.

Only a handful of games allow quick alt-tabbing. This could simply be due to the age of your PC. My alt tabs are running slower now compared to before.

you can add d3d9ex to your launch settings or mat_using_d3d9ex in the console to activate directx 9ex, which allows extremely quick alt switching in csgo

Is your RAM and/or drive consumption approaching 100% during this operation?
