Thought I would simply link to the post about this problem here since no one has yet replied to my post on the MSI forum. https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threa...er.373923/ Now, I know I chose the category of "Operating Systems", but I guess in a way it makes sense since I use Windows 11 & am not really a Mac or Linux user etc. But as far as I can tell, I don't think this is a Windows-related issue, although I have been wrong before. Anyway, if you need more details or wish to ask me anything, please do so & I'll get back with you! Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

In the system tray, find the speaker icon next to the system date/time. Click it and choose Volume Mixer to check if any level is set too low. Updates may reset your settings to default or minimum. Last edited March 27, 2022 by An0maly_76 Updated with additional details

Improvements could come from the issue. Verify if Windows is using the right playback device by right-clicking the system tray. The audio path from the machine to speakers or headphones may vary depending on settings.

Currently, everything appears on my headset. After reviewing the Control Pane under Sound, it indicates that the connected headset is set as the default playback device. A quick reminder: the headset must be connected to the motherboard's interface, not just the front side, because the issue persists even after updating the Realtek Audio Driver. I never understood why this happens, though. Also, I made sure to disable enhancements earlier, but if they actually improve things, I might think about changing it again. Your headset doesn’t have an adjustable volume feature. It’s a listening-only Bluetooth device controlled by swiping up or down.

It includes its own cord or attachment for surround sound and has a volume wheel adjuster built in. It’s removable. Currently, I’m using the 3.5mm cable and the included splitter. I should have mentioned this earlier.

Restore Realtek Audio Manager settings to their original configuration. It often malfunctions without a clear cause.
