Very low voltage
Very low voltage
It's time to upgrade. For a reliable PSU, consider the Seasonic S12ii 620w Bronze. For a higher-end option, the Corsair RM650x is recommended. Both choices offer excellent durability and performance.
I overlooked asking... Are you checking if the voltage is at idle or under a 3D load, such as gaming?

Did MSI produce the card?
Is the card stable?
What do you mean by stable?
I would explain stable like this:
1) It doesn’t crash
2) It doesn’t cause artifacts
3) It doesn’t lead to driver errors or BSODs
So when overclocking is low, it can reach 1.25v during play, but increasing memory or core clock might trigger crashes or issues. I think this could be related to the PSU—raising the CPU clock often causes similar problems.
I'm sorry for the delay. How long have you been utilizing that power supply?
