I attempted to lower the voltage on the sapphire pulse RX 6700 XT following this guide. I tried testing it in Tarkov, but my screen went black and I had to restart my PC using the case's restart button. After that, when I restarted my PC, the Adrenalin software failed to open and reported incompatibility with GPU drivers. I had to reinstall AMD Adrenaline and its drivers. Now, when opening any game menu, the GPU produces a loud coil whine, though it’s audible through headphones. Can I fix this issue or should I consider returning the device?

You're questioning if the noise is coming from the coil whine rather than the GPU itself.

It's definitely a high-pitched whine coming from the coil, and adjusting the GPU speed doesn't seem to change it.
