I'm not very familiar with overclocking or fan speeds, but I wanted to check if my graphics card and CPU are functioning properly. I'm curious about possible adjustments and why my graphics card fans only activate when I open afterburner, not under load. The tools I used include MSI after burner (GPU), AMD Overdrive (CPU), and Speccy. Detailed specs and images can be found at the links provided below.

the GPU fan speed is currently at 45 percent standard, which is appropriate when overclocking. if you're increasing it, you can go up to 70-80 percent while keeping an eye on temperatures.
