You can use various tools such as CPU-Z. In the "memory" section you’ll see the actual speed. Remember (briefly) that DDR stands for double data rate, meaning 3000Mhz memory will appear around 1500Mhz in similar programs. On the SPD tab, you can select a slot and it will display the part number of your RAM.
