Your RX 460 should work for GTA 5 and Black Ops 3, but keep in mind the game requirements might be higher than what your GPU can handle.

Currently it's a standard setup with a 350-watt PSU from the OEM and a 500GB hard drive. I've purchased an i5 3470 and an Adata 240GB drive for around $65. My budget isn't ideal at the moment.
