It is unacceptable to purchase a U12A for €100 or thermal paste for €18.60. Consider the following:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor – €198.98 (Amazon Italia)
Scythe Mugen 5 PCGH Edition 43.03 CFM CPU Cooler – €62.72 (Amazon Italia)
MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard – €164.20 (Newegg Italia)
Patriot Viper Steel 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory – €99.99 (Amazon Italia)

It’s unacceptable to pay €100 for a U12A and €18.60 for thermal paste. I recommend the following:

PCPartPicker Part List:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor – (€198.98 @ Amazon Italia)
CPU Cooler: Scythe Mugen 5 PCGH Edition – (€62.72 @ Amazon Italia)
Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard – (€164.20 @ Newegg Italia)
Memory: Patriot Viper Steel 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 – (€99.99 @ Amazon Italia)
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME – (€104.67 @ Amazon Italia)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM – (€83.56 @ Newegg Italia)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB OC – (€290.96)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case – (€81.40 @ Amazon Italia)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G3 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX – (€109.99)
Monitor: Asus VS228H-P 21.5" 1920x1080 – (€177.66 @ Newegg Italia)

Total: €1374.13 (Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts)

Generated by PCPartPicker 2020-04-16 14:20 CEST+0200. The included thermal paste is sufficient; consider the Rev. B for enhanced performance, as the PCGH edition prioritizes quiet operation.

I was worried about the U12 price, but I didn’t want to remain with the standard AMD cooler and the U12 is one of the cooling solutions I've found successful. Considering your lack of comment on the CPU/GPU, I understand you believe my existing configuration is adequate.

The 3600 is a good CPU and the GPU has been acquired, so it’s a suitable 1080p configuration.
