Budget: $1500 (not a strict limit)
I recently purchased a laptop and am getting back into gaming again. It seems my current setup isn’t quite enough. I’m considering adding an eGPU, but because the main expense is the GPU, I’m thinking about building a SFF system and then selling the old one. Since I travel frequently—usually not staying in the same place for more than two weeks—I’m evaluating the Velka 7.

The most demanding game I plan to play on it would be Cities Skylines 2. Everything else will require a lot of CPU and RAM usage.
For a Velka 7 configuration, I’m planning:
GPU: Zotac Twin Edge GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12GB
Otherwise, I’m aiming for an i7 or i9 processor and at least 32GB of RAM. Water cooling on the CPU would be ideal.

Anyone have suggestions for the remaining parts? Also, could you share a link where I can find a 4070TI Super compatible with the Velka 7?

I wouldn't do watercooling inside the Velka 7, it's designed to be more of an air cooled chassis. You need your build to be portable, watercooling will only add weight to it, i.e, I come from custom watercooling...the watercooled builds inside that case would also mean you're going to drop a lot of money into that build with minimal returns. You're advised to stylize your thread with info asked of in this thread; *How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice* How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice First off, respect where respect is due - this is an adaptation of the Animal's *How To Ask For New Build Advice* Sticky. I created this because there's a lot of posts nowadays asking for upgrade advice both on here and on the CPU forums, and I feel... forums. Please include where you're located and what your preferred site for purchase is. As for your budget, you might need to specify where we'll run into a wall.
