Completely halt the process... and display a total freeze scene.
Text on total freeze scene: "System has entered standby mode."

Ok, so go at the begining of the frame you want to freeze.While holding shift, press right arrow (so you end up selecting that frame; also , make sure you're zoomed in on the timeline when you do this), then press S to separate it from the rest of the video. Move the video after your frame to the right a little. Select the frame you individualized earlier, copy it, then paste it multiple times (ctrl +v) so it lasts as much as you want. Delete the audio beneath if if you so desire.

Would you be kind to record that? it would be only like 15-20 seconds. (Upload wouldn't take long), englisch is my second language.. Sorry
