You have a Vega 56 and an Intel Core i5 8400, but Overwatch only reaches 80fps. I saw a video showing a 1060 with an i5 running at 160fps—anyone know what might be causing this issue?

Ensure you're using the correct video configuration. To achieve higher fps, lower the video settings to a minimal level.

You could be operating at full capacity, while he might be struggling with limited resources.

Settings? I see 160-180fps at 1080p60 with everything left at low. I don’t often play games due to appearance, and with OW it doesn’t really matter.
