It's typical when power-saving modes are active. Just require 1.35v when operating at 4.6Ghz.

It's typical to have power-saving modes active. It requires just 1.35v when operating at 4.6Ghz. Also, the VCORE tends to be lower during partial loads (10-20%) compared to full load. That's normal as well.
