presently configured manually at 1.240v, yet the vcore is unexpectedly rising to 1.270 during operation. I checked for an LLC solution but found none. I'm using an Asus Z170 Pro Gaming/Aura motherboard.

Your only movement is 0.70mv
Slight voltage changes are normal, you don’t need to be concerned.
A maximum of +10% or -10% fluctuation is permitted for any set voltage during drift.
At 0.70Mv it will not cause damage.
