VBS code and virtual machines VBA scripting on virtual environments
Hello everyone. I recently set up a new machine with added memory and disks on an Intel NUC11PHi7. I installed Windows 11 Pro from the ground up, except for the graphics driver, and everything seemed to work fine in the ISO. However, during real testing—using Jam Software and heavy workloads—I encountered issues. The software reported that the virtual machine was causing the host to overload unintentionally. I attempted to disable VM/Hyper-V, but it wasn't possible in BIOS (version 65). I turned off core isolation, enabled System Device Guard and registry changes, and ran a command to disable the hypervisor, yet the problem persisted. Will this setup improve performance for streaming, NDI, or video mixing? And if not, how can I disable the virtual machine without using BIOS? Thanks, Geir Otto Molstad, Oslo, Norway.
