OP, were you not targeted by a DDoS attack originally? It might just have been your internet connection being unreliable.

CS:GO servers are places where players pay to use and they’re not connected to Valve. If you’re playing against those who rent the server, their IP address will be visible. Saying someone from Valve gave them your IP is just an attempt to look impressive.
