Hello everyone, I'm working on choosing the final components for my build and need advice on RAM selection. I plan to use 16GB. I'm not sure which speed is best for a 7 3700X or which brands are dependable with all these new options. Thanks in advance!

3600 speed is ideal for Ryzen 3000 series processors. Most brands are compatible, but for sure confirmed compatibility with your motherboard should be verified using the QVL list.

You're experiencing performance at 3200MHz and planning a transition to 3600MHz, ensuring a 1:1 frequency match. The results you're seeing reflect your current configuration.

Any brand can be suitable since most don’t produce the RAM chips themselves. The 3600 CL16 tends to be a common issue area.
