I filed a support ticket on November 13 regarding a malfunctioning microphone, which significantly impacted gameplay and communication. The problem was resolved after reinstalling Windows. I received a response two to half months later. If you're having Steam issues, don't bother contacting Valve directly. A helpful reply would have made a big difference if it wasn't what the Steam page stated. Hopefully, this won't be a spam update or another post.
